§ 132.05 TRICK-OR-TREATING.

(A) The practice of trick-or-treating on Halloween night shall be limited to children below the age of 16, and shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Halloween night, October 31.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person over the age of 16 to appear on Halloween night in any mask, or to in any way engage in the practice of trick-or-treating.
