§ 131.02 TRESPASSING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to enter any enclosed vegetable garden or berry garden or orchard located within the city without the consent of the owner or tenant, or his agent, and there cut down, injure, damage, destroy, eat, or carry away any portion of the garden, including any growing thing, crop, tree, timber, grass, seed, soil, fertilizer, water supply, tools, implements, or any protective device or thing useful for the development, cultivation, maintenance, and use of the garden or orchard; or to enter any enclosed or unenclosed yard, garden, lot, or field located within the city, without the consent of the owner or the tenant or his agent, and there climb, cut down, injure, damage, or destroy any growing fruit tree or take therefrom, eat, or carry away any fruit, whether the tree or trees is a part of an orchard or not.
