§ 130.04 BATHING IN RIVER.

It shall be unlawful for any person to go bathing in the North Fork of the Kentucky River within the corporate limits of the city. It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or any person having custody or control of any minor under 18 years old to permit such minor to go bathing or swimming in tthe river within the corporate limits of the city.
