§ 130.03 MOTORBOATS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or operate a motorboat propelled by outboard or other type motor, on the North Fork of the Kentucky River within the city limits between the dam near the waterworks plant and the dam near the Kentucky and West Virginia Power Company plant.
