(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, or corporation to have or operate a poolroom within the corporate limits of the city which is located within 200 feet of any building or room used by any organized church group or sect as a place of worship.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, firm, or corporation to have or operate a poolroom within the corporate limits of the city, except on High Street or Main Street, between the intersection of these two streets and the intersection of Maple Street and Main Street,
