§ 98.15 APPLICABILITY TO CITY OF HAZARD FACILITIES.
   All enclosed area, including buildings and vehicles owned, leased, or operated by the City of Hazard as well as all outdoor property adjacent to such buildings and under the control of the City of Hazard, shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter.
