For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"JURISDICTION." The City of Hazard.
"PERMIT." The written authority of the city issued pursuant to this subchapter to store, have, or keep pure, fertilizer, or other grades of ammonium nitrate, and mixtures containing 60% or more by weight of ammonium nitrate and which are classified as oxidizing materials by the authority having jurisdiction.
"THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION." The Fire Chief or his authorized representative.
