§ 72.16 TOWING UNLAWFULLY PARKED VEHICLES.

(A) Any vehicle violating any no parking regulation which is indicated by a yellow line or by a "no parking" sign shall be towed away, at the owner's expense, in addition to any fine imposed.

(B) This section shall not apply to emergency vehicles while on an emergency call.
