§ 71.67 NOTICE TO CITY AND OTHER OFFICIALS WHEN PERMIT ISSUED.

   Immediately on the issuance of a parade permit, a copy thereof shall be sent to the following persons:

   (A)   The Board of Commissioners;

   (B)   The City Manager;

   (C)   The City Attorney;

   (D)   The Fire Chief;

   (E)   The general manager or responsible head of each public utility, the regular routes of whose vehicles will be affected by the route of the proposed parade.
