§ 71.65 APPEAL PROCEDURE WHEN PERMIT DENIED.

Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade permit to the Board of Commissioners The appeal shall be taken within 30 days after notice of denial. The Board of Commissioners shall act on the appeal within 30 days after its receipt.
