§ 54.16 VOLUNTARY CONSERVATION MEASURES.
   Upon the declaration of a water supply shortage or emergency or in the case of a planned service interruption as provided in § 54.15, the Mayor or City Manager is authorized to call on all water customers to employ voluntary water conservation measures to limit or eliminate nonessential water uses, including, but not limited to, limitations on the following uses:
   (A)   Sprinkling of water on laws, shrubs or trees (including golf courses);
   (B)   Private or commercial washing of automobiles;
   (C)   Use of water in swimming pools, fountains and evaporative air-conditioning systems;
   (D)   Use of water by agricultural, industrial or commercial customers for nonresidential purposes; and
   (E)   Waste of water.
