§ 54.03 CUSTOMERS TO FURNISH VALVES; CHARGE FOR TURNING OFF WATER.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of all patrons of the City Water Company, whether residing inside or outside of the city limits, to furnish and install their own valves or other devices necessary to cut off or turn on the water in their plumbing systems.
   (B)   In the event that trouble develops in any patron’s plumbing system and it becomes necessary for them to have the City Water Company send a service person out to cut off their water because they did not have their own private shut-off valve, a service charge of $50 shall be made and added to that patron’s water bill for each such call made by the service person.
