§ 52.01 PLAN OF OPERATION FOR GAS SYSTEM.
   The plan of operation for the City Gas System is hereby approved by the Mayor and Board of Commissioners. A copy of this plan shall be maintained in the appropriate office for inspection by the public during normal office hours.
