Any person who feels aggrieved by any notice of violation or order issued pursuant thereto by the Director, may within 30 days of the act for which redress is sought, submit, in writing, setting forth in a concise statement the act being appealed and the grounds for its reversal, to the Mayor and City Commissioners who will respond to the writing within 30 days, informing if the Director’s action is reversed. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied, they may further appeal the Director’s decision to the court of proper jurisdiction.
