§ 51.13 UNOCCUPIED RESIDENCES AND BUILDINGS.

The service and service charge shall be terminated upon presentation of satisfactory written proof to the Director that any such dwelling unit or establishment is unoccupied, and shall be commenced upon renewed occupancy thereof. Occupancy for any part of a month shall constitute occupancy for an entire month.
