§ 51.11 DELINQUENCY.
   (A)   Residential Customers. Any bill not paid by the due date listed on the bill shall be deemed delinquent and a late payment penalty shall be assessed to the account in an amount equal to 5% of the amount of the unpaid charges, and a service fee of $3 shall be assessed to the account, though where the bill includes charges for more than one utility service, there shall be no duplication of the penalty and service fee.
   (B)   Commercial Customers. A bill will be considered delinquent 30 days after the billing date and a late payment penalty shall be assessed to the account in an amount equal to 5% of the amount of the unpaid charges and a service fee of $3 shall be assessed to the account. Bills greater than 60 days delinquent are subject to cancellation of solid waste collection service and removal of city or franchisee owned container(s). Commercial customers are responsible for all costs and fees associated with the delinquency including the cost of removal of the container(s).
