§ 34.52 RIDING ON FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLES.

No firefighter shall take on or in or allow anyone to ride with him in any Fire Department vehicle, except members of the force detailed for the purpose or when assistance is actually needed in responding to an emergency call, unless approved by the Fire Chief.
