§ 34.51 USE OF FORCE.
   (A)   If resistance is offered a firefighter in the performance of his duties, he is justified in meeting force with force sufficient to overcome the resistance and perform his duties.
   (B)   A firefighter is justified in using force as a means of self- defense when he is assaulted by one or more persons of superior physical strength and then only to protect himself from injury.
