§ 34.12 TRANSFERS, CHANGE OF DETAIL.

(A) A member of the police force desiring a transfer or change of detail or assignment shall make written application to the Chief of Police on the appropriate form.

(B) Members of the police force desiring a mutual transfer shall make the request to the Chief of Police for approval, on a form signed by both applicants and forwarded through the official channels.
