§ 33.07 HAZARD PERRY COUNTY AIRPORT BOARD.
   (A)   The Hazard Perry County Airport Board is hereby reconstituted and created pursuant to the authority of KRS 183.132 by this section.
   (B)   All action previously taken by the Hazard Perry County Airport Board as previously constituted are hereby ratified by the City commission.
   (C)   The Mayor and the County Judge Executive of the city and the county shall immediately proceed to reappoint all the members of the Hazard Perry County Airport Board in accordance with the terms of KRS 183.132.
