Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall result in a fine in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation and each day that the violation occurs. Multiple violations and/or violations that span several days shall also constitute an infraction and be prosecuted as such in the City's discretion, thereby subjecting such person to the penalties provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
