A. Completion: The permittee shall submit a written notice of completion to the city clerk within two (2) business days following completion of the work within the public right of way or other public places.
B. Compliance: Within five (5) business days following receipt by the city of the notice of completion, the city engineer of the city shall visit the work site to ascertain if the work performed by the permittee is in compliance with the permit and with the provisions of this chapter and shall issue a notice of compliance stating therein any conditions thereof and advising the permittee as to the effective date of the guaranty period.
