The permittee may be required by the city to place and compact a temporary asphalt surface on the same day that each section of trench backfilling has been completed or within twenty four (24) hours thereafter. Replacement of the temporary asphalt surface with final pavement shall be completed within ten (10) days of the date when all backfilling has been completed. Work shall be scheduled such that final pavement will be completed prior to October 31 of the same year. (Ord. 210, 10-4-2005)
