The city may require the permittee to submit a traffic control plan, illustrating the safety devices proposed for the work area prior to issuing a permit. The permittee shall provide and maintain fences, barricades, signs, lights, watchmen and flaggers as required by laws and regulations and as deemed necessary by the city engineer to ensure full safety to the general public. The permittee shall obey and enforce all lawful safety orders, rules and recommendations of the state of Idaho and all local laws, codes and regulations. (Ord. 210, 10-4-2005)
