All materials to be incorporated in the work regulated by this chapter and the quality of workmanship shall meet or exceed the current minimum acceptable requirements of all of the applicable laws, codes and industry standards. The city may request that any plans and specifications required of the permit be stamped by a professional engineer licensed by the state of Idaho. Standards and specifications that have been adopted or may become adopted by the city shall have precedence. (Ord. 210, 10-4-2005)
