A. Permit Fees: The city shall require the permittee to pay certain fees at the time of application and before issuing a permit. Fees charged in accordance with this chapter shall be set by resolution.
B. Reparations: In addition to the permit application fee, all permittees that cut the asphalt in the public right of way shall pay to the city, prior to the cut being made, the reasonable cost to the city of the damage to the integrity and longevity of the street surface resulting from the cut. The amount of the cost shall be determined by the city engineer. (Ord. 210, 10-4-2005)
