A. Title: This chapter shall be known and cited as the HAYDEN LAKE RIGHT OF WAY ENCROACHMENT ORDINANCE.
B. Purpose: The provisions contained in this chapter are necessary to regulate all work of any kind or nature performed within public rights of way or other public places contained within the corporate limits of the city and to promote the public health, safety and general welfare in accordance with approved standards.
