6-2-1: DEFINITION:
The term "golf cart" shall mean every self-propelled vehicle upon three (3) or more wheels, in, upon or by which, any person or property, particularly golf clubs or golf equipment, may be carried or transported. (Ord. 264, 8-20-2013)
