5-4-1: ADOPTION OF KOOTENAI COUNTY CODE:

Title 6, chapter 2 of the Kootenai County Code is hereby adopted by the City in its entirety to allow Kootenai County to fully enforce the provisions of such chapter on that portion of Hayden Lake where the City has extended its boundaries. (Ord. 293, 7-2-2019)
