A. Prior to each meeting of the committee, the city code enforcement officer shall provide an agenda of topics to be discussed at the meeting to each committee member.
B. The committee shall meet when the mayor and council deem it necessary, when called for by the city clerk, or when called for by a majority of the committee. At any meeting, a quorum shall consist of a majority of the full membership. Written minutes shall be kept of all meetings by a person designated to do so by the committee. A copy of the minutes shall be approved by the city council as part of its consent agenda and kept on file at city hall. (Ord. 235, 1-19-2010)
