9-8-3: CONTINUANCE OF NONCONFORMING USE:
A nonconforming use which is in existence on the effective date of the zoning ordinance or of any subsequent rezoning or other amendment thereto which makes such use nonconforming may be continued and maintained, as specified in this chapter. No substitution, extension or other change in activities and no alteration or other change in facilities is permitted except as specifically provided in this chapter. (Ord. 150, 7-7-1998)
