9-7-2: PREAPPLICATION CONFERENCE:

Every person who seeks a variance permit as provided herein shall meet with the city clerk prior to submission of an application for a variance permit. The purpose of this meeting is to informally discuss the purpose and effect of the zoning ordinance, and the criteria and standards contained therein. (Ord. 165, 3-13-2001)
