9-6-2: PREAPPLICATION CONFERENCE:

Every person who seeks a special use permit as provided herein shall meet with the city clerk prior to submission of an application for a special use permit. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss informally the purpose and effect of the zoning ordinance, and the criteria and standards contained therein. (Ord. 150, 7-7-1998)
