A. This chapter shall be enforced by persons employed or otherwise engaged by the city under the general provision for enforcement of city ordinances and regulations approved by the city council, including the provisions of title 1, chapter 11 of this code. In addition to the general penalties provided by law for violation of city ordinances, any person violating any of the provision set forth in this chapter shall be assessed a charge of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation and each and every day the violation continues constitutes a separate violation. B. This chapter shall not be deemed to be the exclusive method of abating public nuisances, but shall be supplemental and in addition to other ordinances and resolutions of the city council and statutes of the state of Idaho. (Ord. 193, 8-12-2003)
