8-2-7: GRADING RESTRICTIONS:
Grading in excess of fifty (50) cubic yards shall be performed in accordance with a grading plan produced by a civil engineer. The city shall have thirty (30) days from receipt to review said plans, issue a grading permit and impose a permit fee. (Ord. 276, 1-5-2016)
