8-2-3: RECONSTRUCTION:
If it is anticipated that more than ten percent (10%) of a structure is to be removed or replaced, the application for a building permit must be accompanied by the report of an engineer or architect as to the physical condition of the property. (Ord. 164, 9-6-2000)
