No building or premises shall be used nor shall any structure be hereafter erected, altered, modified or enlarged or changed so that any part thereof shall be closer than thirty feet (30') from the natural high water mark of Hayden Lake, defined as 2,239.0 feet above mean sea level, where said waters are included within or abut the boundaries of the city. A violation of the provisions of this section shall subject the violator to a penalty as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 47, 10-25-1972; amd. 2004 Code)
