DIRECTIONS OR ORDERS BY LIFEGUARDS: | Any verbal or nonverbal communication from a lifeguard employed by the city of Hayden with regards to maintaining the safety and health of visitors to Honeysuckle Beach. |
HONEYSUCKLE BEACH: | All lands, buildings, facilities, parking areas, beaches, docks, reserves and open space, owned, operated or maintained by the City. |
PLAY FIELD: | Any property set aside by the city of Hayden for baseball, softball, soccer, football or other outdoor sports activities. |
POP TOP TYPE METAL CONTAINERS: | Any metal container which has an opening secured by a removable metal tag, the removal of which shall create sharp edges on the container or on the tag removed. |
POSTED REGULATIONS: | Any rule or regulation posted on a sign, in plain view, advising what conduct is expected or prohibited. It also means any markings on the road or parking lot surface with instructions as to parking regulations or vehicular traffic. |
PUBLIC PARK: | Any and all lands, buildings, facilities, parking areas, beaches, docks, reserves and open space, sports complexes, game fields, playgrounds, trails, and other general or special use outdoor places, that are owned, operated or maintained by the City as listed in the inventory of park properties by the City.
