5-3-3: PROHIBITED EQUIPMENT:

Alarm systems designed to alert any law enforcement agency or emergency services of an emergency by providing unattended automatic dialing to any public phone number of a law enforcement agency, fire department, or any emergency response (911) system for the purpose of transmitting a preprogrammed signal, message, or code are prohibited. (Ord. 335, 1-28-2003)
