4-8-8: PENALTIES:

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter or any rules issued hereunder shall be guilty of an infraction and upon being found liable therefor shall be subject to an infraction penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Fireworks being used, sold, or possessed in violation of this chapter may be confiscated by the fire district or any peace officer. (Ord. 558, 6-28-2016)
