4-7-4: ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Failure to abate the nuisance is a misdemeanor.
   B.   In addition to any other penalties in this section, the city may take civil action to obtain an order enjoining the ongoing maintenance of such nuisance. (Ord. 522, 5-28-2013)
