It shall be unlawful for any person to permit the introduction of any one or more of the following pollutants into the town’s sewer system from any source of non-domestic discharge:
(A) Pollutants which create a fire or explosion hazard in the town’s sewer system, including, but not limited to, waste streams with a closed cup flashpoint of less than 60°C (140°F) using the test methods specified in 40 C.F.R. § 261.21;
(B) Pollutants which will cause corrosive structural damage to the town’s sewer system, but in no case discharges with a pH of lower than 5.0 standard units unless the treatment facilities are specifically designed to accommodate such discharges;
(C) Solid or viscous pollutants in amounts which will cause obstruction to the flow in the town’s sewer system, or otherwise interfere with the sewer system’s operation;
(D) Any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants (e.g., BODs), released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration which will cause interference with any treatment process of town treatment facilities;
(E) Heat in amounts which will inhibit biological activity in the town’s sewer system resulting in interference, but in no case heat in such quantities that the temperature at the town’s treatment facilities exceeds 40°C (104°F) unless the state’s Department of Public Health and Environment, upon request of the town, approves alternative temperature limits;
(F) Petroleum oil, non-biodegradable cutting oil or products of mineral oil origin in amounts that will cause interference or pass through;
(G) Pollutants which result in the presence of toxic gases, vapors or fumes within the town’s sewer system in a quantity that may cause acute worker health and safety problems;
(H) Any trucked or hauled pollutants, except at discharge points designated by the town; and/or
