§ 51.24 RECONNECTING OWN SYSTEM AFTER TOWN’S DISCONNECTION PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful, after sewer service has been discontinued by shutting off the water supply or in any other manner, for the person to reconnect the same without the consent of the town.
