§ 51.22 CHARGES FOR OUTSIDE PROPERTIES.
   The rates to be charged for use of the sewer system by properties situated outside the boundaries of the town shall be established by resolution of the Board of Trustees and the Board of Trustees, by resolution, may increase or reduce the rates or change the charges when it determines that the scheduled charge is inequitable or improper.
