§ 51.21 SEWER TAPS.
   No sewer taps shall be made by anyone other than the town, and there shall be a charge established by resolution of the Board of Trustees and the Board of Trustees, by resolution, may increase or reduce the rates or change the charges when it determines that the scheduled charge is inequitable or improper.
