§ 50.28 UNAUTHORIZED USE OF FIRE HYDRANTS PROHIBITED.
   No firefighter or other person, except for the legitimate purpose of extinguishing fire or upon drill, shall open any fire hydrant or stop connected with the fire drill service without the consent of the Superintendent of the Waterworks.
