§ 50.26 UPKEEP OF SERVICE PIPES AND OTHER APPARATUS REQUIRED.
   (A)   All persons taking the water shall keep their own service pipes, stop and waste cocks, and other apparatus, in good repair at their own risk and expense, and prevent unnecessary waste.
   (B)   In case service pipes, stop cocks, stop boxes or any other apparatus connected herewith, get out of order or the stop boxes which hereafter may become covered up so they cannot be seen readily, then the Superintendent of Waterworks is authorized to repair and place same in proper condition, and charge the same to the property as a bill for water used, reporting same to the Board of Trustees.
