§ 50.24 UPKEEP OF WATER APPARATUS REQUIRED.
   All persons using water shall keep the hydrant, tap, hose, water closets, urinals, baths or other fixtures in good repair, and shall be responsible for any damage or injury resulting to others from the improper use or waste of water.
