§ 50.23 SUSPENSION AUTHORITY OF USE FOR FOUNTAINS OR SPRINKLING.
   The right is reserved to suspend the use of the fountains and hose for sprinkling streets, lawns, yards or gardens, whenever, in the opinion of the Superintendent of Waterworks or Board of Trustees, the public exigency requires it.
