§ 50.21 STOP AND WASTE COCK.
   There shall be a stop and waste cock of standard make and pattern and weight, approved by the Board of Trustees of the town, attached to every service pipe at the point where it enters the building, inside the same, so as to admit of the water being shut off in freezing weather and the pipe and meter drained.
